During COVID-19,Black Men Turkey shifted to producing 2 million units of PPE for African partners while maintaining its apparel business through 3D virtual sampling, and post-pandemic recovery, we sustained a counter-trend growth of 30%, realizing a notable 2 million annual growth to the African region in 2022.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted global trade, with logistical disruptions and stagnant trade at ports severely impacting Black MenTurkey's operations. To meet the challenge, our team quickly rolled out a “factory+store+e-commerce” F2B model that allowed our global partners to browse designs, request quotes, and track market trends online, successfully weathering the onslaught of the pandemic!

In 2019, Black Men Turkey's menswear achieved remarkable success in the African market, with growing market share and enhanced social responsibility commitments. The brand expanded from three to five physical stores, diversified its best-selling brands and categories, and significantly enriched its product portfolio through strategic extensions.

In 2017, we debuted its flagship brand Black MenTurkey, blending African tribal motifs with urban streetwear. By 2018, the brand opened flagship stores in Ghana and Tanzania, selling over 500,000 units annually and becoming a youth culture icon.

In 2015, a joint fabric mill in Ethiopia reduced material costs, while the “African Designer Incubator Program” fostered cultural collaborations, strengthening market loyalty.
2013
In 2013, we opened our first branded clothing store in the core business district of Sanyuanli, Guangzhou, China, launching our first men's brand MARX&JHON, and in 2014, the number of stores increased from 1 to 3. In the same year, MARX&JHON brand clothing was favored by the majority of customers in West Africa, instantly becoming the choice of trendy clothing for the locals, and was highly evaluated by the local tribal chiefs, and has become the designated supplier of customized ethnic clothing for many tribes in West Africa all year round.

In 2010, recognizing Africa’s consumer potential, the company launched its Africa Division, partnering with buyers at the Canton Fair.
